United States — Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.

• Orders are processed within [1–2] business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• Estimated delivery is [5–10] business days after processing.

  International Shipping
  We ship to select countries outside the U.S.

• International shipping is not free — the rate is calculated at checkout based on your destination.
• Estimated delivery is 7-14 business days, depending on country and customs.
• Duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included and are the customer's responsibility. These are charged by your country, not by us, and we can't predict or refund them.
• International orders are not eligible for the free U.S. shipping offer.

Order accuracy, lost & stolen packages

• Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address you provided.
• Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, we're not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but contact us and we'll help you open a claim with the carrier.
